How high is Anak Krakatau above sea level?​

In late 2011, this island had a radius of roughly 2 kilometres (1.2 mi), and a highest point of about 324 metres (1,063 ft) above sea level, growing 5 metres (16 ft) each year. In 2017 the height of Anak Krakatau was reported as over 400 metres above sea level.
In early 1928, the rim of a new cone appeared above sea level, and it grew into a small island within a year. Called Anak Krakatoa (“child of Krakatoa”), the island has continued to grow to an elevation of some 1,000 feet, and erupts mildly at times. An eruption on March 31, 2014, measured a 1 on the VEI.

Each year from 2009-2012, Anak Krakatoa erupted, and it suffered a major collapse in 2018. Today the volcano is but a mile long but over 1,300 feet high and it continues to release little eruptions. Worse still, it grows some 16 feet each year.
