What can you do for unbearable sciatica?​

Alternating heat and ice therapy can provide immediate relief of sciatic nerve pain. Ice can help reduce inflammation, while heat encourages blood flow to the painful area (which speeds healing). Heat and ice may also help ease painful muscle spasms that often accompany sciatica.

Is A535 an Nsaid?​

RUB·A535TM contains no NSAIDs and may be suitable for use in combination with an oral NSAID. Arnica has its own mechanism of action, while the NSAID activity of the salicylates cannot be denied.
Is bed rest good for sciatica?
For patients with sciatica, there is little or no difference between advice to rest in bed and advice to stay active. There is little or no difference in the effect of bed rest compared to exercises or physiotherapy, or seven days of bed rest compared with two to three.
For the majority of patients, acute sciatica pain resolves within 1 – 2 weeks. In some cases, behavioral modification or at-home remedies may be adequate for relieving sciatica pain. However, certain patients may develop chronic sciatica pain which may wax and wane but remains present over many years.
Why is it called A535?

Does A535 have aspirin in it?​

This drug contains an aspirin-like product (salicylate).
Who should not use A535?
Patients who are allergic to salicylates (ASA based drugs, such as aspirin), or who are taking anticoagulant medications should avoid the use of the product. It is also recommended to not use it more than 3–4 times a day.
