For Anyone Who Has Gotten Up To 300 Mg Effexor.. I’ve been on Effexor for about 4 weeks now, and more than half of that time at 150 mg. I feel drowsy and tired all the time, it’s extremely hard for me to wake up, anti-social (don’t care to hang out with anyone,) unmotivated, lethargic, and just have no energy.

Is there a difference between 150mg and 225mg Effexor?​

From my knowledge, Effexor acts as an SSRI at 150 mg, and starts acting on norepinephrine at 225 mg and dopamine at doses above 300 mg. For anyone that has gone up to 225 mg or 300 mg, could you tell a difference in your energy levels/motivation at the higher doses? Does 225 mg/300 mg feel different than 150 mg?
