Klacid MR Tablet’in yetişkinler için önerilen genel dozu yiyecekler ile birlikte, günde bir defa 500 mg’dır. Daha şiddetli hastalıklarda, doz günde bir defada 2 tablete (1000 mg) çıkartılabilir. Toplumdan kazanılmış pnömoni ve sinüzit için gereken 6 – 14 günlük tedavinin dışında, normal tedavi süresi 5 – 14 gündür.
