Many people have accidentally died this way, e.g., Heath Ledger, Whitney Houston, etc. So you can go ahead and take Tylenol with Ambien. This is not a problem. Obviously be careful and only take the amount of each medication that is prescribed (Ambien) and do not exceed the recommended dose on the box (Tylenol).
