My doctor told me to take .5 of the clonazepam in the afternoon and 2 of the .5 clonazepam and 1 50 mg of trazodone at bedtime. If that doesn’t work I can take another 50 mg of trazodone 30 minutes to an hour after the first dose. I usually only have to take 1 trazodone.
